Practice coaching under the supervision of Certified Coaches
Effective Sprint Planning
Sprint Planning is the very first event of a Sprint when a Scrum team lays out the work to be performed during the Sprint. A team collaborates to establish a Sprint Goal. Agree on why would the sprint be valuable for the customer. The Team selects the Items from the Product Backlog to address the Sprint Goal and to make a plan on how to get the work done. If facilitated well, successful Sprint Planning is key to having a predictable flow of work and high team morale.
