Collaborative Decision Making
Collaborative Decision Making
Collaborative decision making is at the root of most successful teams in the world. But what is collaborative decision making, really? We can define it as the outcome when a team of individuals reaches a consensus. This consensus should be on the best possible solution, chosen from within a set of few proposed. But reaching a consensus between a group of opiniated people with the different personalities, cultural backgrounds, titles etc. is not easy. Very often meetings that supposed to bring a consensus end with no decisions and a lot of frustration.
Please join us for a 2.5 hour workshop to get insights into a diamond of participatory decision making, divergent and convergent thinking, a groan zone. Learn what facilitation techniques work best in each case and practice facilitating group decision in small groups.
