Jeff McKenna is a pioneering figure in the world of software and Agile practices, with more than 60 years of experience spanning software development, testing, architecture, and coaching. His journey began in 1962 as a tester for satellite tracking systems and evolved into a lifelong passion for advancing technology and human collaboration.
As one of the original coaches of the first Scrum team, Jeff worked alongside Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland, shaping the core values and practices that define Scrum today. Over the past 15 years, he has trained and coached more than 10,000 professionals worldwide, earning recognition for his pragmatic, engaging, and truth-driven teaching style.
