WHAT IS LeSS?
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is Scrum applied to many teams working together on one product.
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is to organizations what Scrum is to teams: a simple, powerful, large-scale product development framework designed to evolve into something that fits perfectly within any unique context. LeSS presents simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development. Learn more about LeSS here.

WHAT DO OUR PARTICIPANTS SAY?
Robert has delivered a deep, interesting, and engaging course that I was super glad to be a part of. I'm definitely going to recommend the course to my colleagues.
My expectations were met, insight on real-live case scenarios and best approaches to delivering or releasing a quality workable product by the team were highlighted. Thank you Sergey dimitriev , am glad I attended and enjoyed the teaching.
This was really the best training I ever participated in.
Sergev is a phenomenal facilitator. He does a great job at breaking the content down in easy to understand ways, and he engages his audience, providing relevant anecdotes and insightful takeaways. I would highly recommend joining his sessions to learn all things Agile.
Excellent course. Robert is a very knowledgeable and capable trainer. I would highly recommend this training
Serg was awesome! He used real life examples and metaphors to explain concepts which made them easy to understand. The breakout sessions were well planned. The meetings were so engaging that they really just flew right by.
At the end of the course, you will receive the CLP certification and an account on less.works. You will receive digital copies of all 3 LeSS books.
In addition, after attending the course, you will be able to claim up to 25 SEUs (Scrum Education Units) under Category C, towards Scrum Alliance CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) credential.
The only prerequisite to the course is basic Scrum knowledge. This can be achieved by attending a Certified Scrum Master course and practicing Scrum.
