'Pass-or-Learn-for-Free' Guarantee
The training consists of two-day classes, running from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. You can choose the two days that suit your schedule, including weekend options.
The classes are conducted in a live, virtual, and instructor-led format.
You have a 90-day window to successfully complete your CSM Exam, though we strongly (very strongly) recommend taking the exam immediately after finishing the class on day 2.
If you happen to not pass the CSM exam when you take it after the class, our instructors will offer you complimentary one-on-one tutoring, coaching, and mentoring until you successfully pass. Furthermore, any extra exam fees will be covered by us to ensure your attainment of the Certified ScrumMaster designation.
